One of the most difficult and expensive populations for the healthcare industry to target is the Medicaid population. Often, these people are without permanent addresses and phone numbers, and most do not have medical homes or regular doctors. A July 25, 2007 audio conference from the Healthcare Intelligence Network will provide ways to identify, locate and engage Medicaid patients in need of disease management and the results these methods can yield.
